Welcome to Halo Answers. What would you like to know?

Possibly. It depends how advanced their neural bio-augmentations were, the Mjolnir armour being impossible or deadly to use without such augmentations as special reflexes are needed to keep up with the speed and power of the suit. My guess though is that its unlikely, as not only would science have probably advanced since the Spartan-I project, but augmentations that are even slightly different to what the armour is designed for would likely not be compatible with the systems. Even most of the orignial Spartan-II recruits failed to make it to the stage where their augmentations allowed them to use the armour, as the altering process to their bodies killed over half of them, I think.
